Are you a parent or other caregiver seeking a meaningful role working with children, and promoting inclusion? Understanding Our Differences (UOD) School Volunteers are volunteers associated with a particular Newton Public Schools elementary school who help present an UOD program unit.

School Unit Volunteers are parent and other caregiver volunteers who typically help present hands-on activities with small groups of students.

School Coordinators are parent and other caregiver volunteers who organize the program units, help recruit unit volunteers, and present the units for a grade level during the school year.

No specific background is necessary.  UOD provides volunteers with training, all materials needed and support.
