Enrichment Resources for At-Home Learning

We are dedicated to fostering respectful and inclusive schools and communities for people with disabilities and chronic medical conditions. We encourage you to use these enrichment resources, focused on third through fifth graders, for learning at home. These resources correspond to the range of topics, themes and content we cover in our disability awareness program.

Click on a button below to find:  appealing books to read and questions to discuss, some fun and creative activities, and all kinds of related videos, including read alouds by the authors. (Please note that our staff has carefully vetted all of the resources we recommend.) We welcome you to contact us at any time with your feedback, questions and comments at [email protected].

**Note: Each unit topic has at least one suggested reading. We are keeping a list of ways to find our suggested reading titles as well as how to get access to books in general, either free or at very low cost. https://understandingourdifferences.org/findbooks/
